The following services are available online. They were created to help students and researchers format their references.

These services provide help with the popular styles, including APA and MLA.  

Knight Cite

KnightCite is an online citation generator service provided by the Hekman Library of Calvin College. This service simplifies the often tedious task of compiling an accurate bibliography in the appropriate style by formatting the given data on a source into a reliable citation, eliminating the need to memorize minute details of style for multiple kinds of sources.

Son of Citation Machine

Citation machine helps students and professional researchers to properly credit the information that they use. Its primary goal is to make it so easy for student researchers to cite their information sources.

EasyBib

EasyBib is an automatic bibliography composer. When you have sources you need to cite properly and evaluate for your research paper, EasyBib will help you format your sources quickly and accurately.

NOTE: EasyBib is a free platform supported by ads. To gain access to the full content of EasyBib (other citation styles, notebook, etc.) users must enter an institution code. Please see a librarian at the Research Information Desk for the access code. (Access codes are limited to current PGCC students, faculty, administrators and staff.)

A free fully automatic bibliography maker that auto-fills. Supports automatic citation and bibliography creation for MLA, APA, Chicago and Turabian styles.
