In honor of National Poetry Month, the library will be hosting an hour of poetry, spoken word, and other means of expression. Speakers include the tenth Poet Laureate of Maryland, Grace Cavalieri; the Poet Laureate of Prince George's County Sistah Joy; along with other members of the Bowie Poetry Group. We invite students, faculty, staff, and other members of the community to join us- share your work, or sit back and listen. Refreshments will be provided.
