Health, Wellness, and Hospitality Division

Pursue an exciting career in a services industry. You will get the most up-to-date training for your degree or certificate.

The Allied Health Department offers eight health care programs that lead to an associate degree or certificate. Students train on state of the art equipment in our simulation labs. They also serve a clinical internship to apply their skills.

Programs offered include:

  • Health Information Management (Associate of Applied Science)
  • Medical Assisting (Association of Applied Science)
  • Medical Coder/Billing Specialist (Certificate)
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology (Associate of Applied Science)
  • Paramedic (Associate of Applied Science) 
  • Paramedic (Certificate) 
  • Radiography (Associate of Applied Science)
  • Respiratory Therapy (Associate of Applied Science)
  • Surgical Technology (Associate of Applied Science)

The Nursing Department offers four nursing programs. Students must complete prerequisite courses. Then they apply for the Nursing (RN) program that leads to an Associate of Science degree, or the Nursing (LPN) program that leads to a certificate.

The programs include:

  • Nursing (RN) Associate of Science
  • Nursing (LPN) Certificate
  • Nursing (LPN to RN Transition) Associate of Science
  • Nursing (Paramedic to RN Transition) Associate of Science

The Wellness, Culinary Arts, and Hospitality Department offers degree and certificate programs in the fields of health education, culinary arts, and hospitality services management.

The department also offers individual classes in health, fitness, and sports skills for personal improvement.
