Marlboro English Learning Center


The Marlboro English Learning Lab is a computer lab dedicated to serving all students taking English (EGL) courses at Prince George’s Community College.

Location: Marlboro Hall, room 3104 (M3104)

Hours: Hours are listed below and are followed when classes are in session unless otherwise posted. The lab is closed when the college is closed and when other activities are being held in the lab.

Mathematics Learning Center


Location: Marlboro Hall, room 2129 (M2129)

Hours: The Center is closed when classes are not in session. Hours are subject to change based on staff availability. (Verify schedule hours posted at Marlboro Hall 2129.)

The Tutoring Center


The Tutoring Center provides instructional support to all students. Services include individual tutoring by appointment, walk-in assistance (when a tutor is available), guided small-group study sessions, and assistance for related computer software.

The Writing Center


The Writing Center offers tutoring for all students who are working on any writing assignment in any course. Faculty tutors work with students one-on-one on all phases of the writing process.

Tutors help students generate ideas, develop and support thesis statements, organize material, integrate and document sources, and refine sentences. In addition, grammar specialists are available to address grammar and style issues at the sentence level.
